Leading the IWWR team by overseeing research planning and implementation, with a focus on developing the knowledge needed to achieve Ducks Unlimited Canada's top priorities.
Michele joined IWWR in February 2024 and has a lifelong love of the outdoors and interest in natural science. She specializes in aquatic ecology and aquatic invasive species. Michele brings a breadth of knowledge to IWWR from her career in conservation, having gained experience in government, industry, and research. She is excited to bring her enthusiasm for conservation, reconciliation, and knowledge mobilization to the team at Ducks Unlimited Canada.
